There is a scripture in the bible our of Job that reads:
Job 26:7(KJV) He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.
As I was thinking about it, I tried to find the images of this and truly there is a place in the north of space that is really nothing! There aren't any planets, stars, or any of the kind there. In finding this image, I just can't help to think that the bible is and always has been true! I grew up under pentecostal preachers and I've only heard one preach on this subject. But while I'm sitting here writing this, I can't imagine in my mind at how big God truly is! First, He created the stars, the sun and moon, the planets, and everything living thing on this planet and my mind can not comprehend how a spiritual man from the beginning on time has done this! I mean to us humans we have whales, elephants, giraffes, rhino's, hippo's, and other large animals on this planet and yet we are so small considering the sizes of these creatures. Yet, people still can't believe that there is a creator that made us and everything there is to see in this gorgeous world.
All I can do is think of how small I truly am but yet through Christ, we are the mightiest creatures on earth! How can one see all of this and research all of this and still say they can't believe in a creator?? Is it just plain out ole ignorance or is it that them thinking about such things overwhelms them and they just choose not to believe??? All I can say is read the bible, think about what you are reading and then if possible, research it out and see for yourself. That's what I'm having to learn even being that I grew up under this belief! It's a cool way to spend the day thinking about how big God truly is.
